Henrique Ferreira Cruz, Lawyer of Belzuz Abogados S.L.P. – Sucursal em Portugal Labour Department started its collaboration with the firm in Lisbon in 2025.

He is experienced advising both employees and national and international companies, specifically in the areas of Labour Law and Labour Litigation.

His work includes participating in the drafting, negotiating and termination of employment contracts, advising on corporate restructuring, especially in relation to collective and individual redundancy dismissals, and carrying out disciplinary procedures leading to the dismissal of employees.

In the area of labour litigation, he has experience in monitoring legal proceedings challenging dismissals, in their various forms, as well as labour credit claims and labour accidents.
