Mariana de Andrade joined Belzuz Abogados’ Lisbon office in 2024 to strengthen the Corporate and Commercial Department.

She has developed her expertise primarily in the areas of Corporate and Commercial Law, Banking and Securities, and has experience in Insolvency Law and Company Restructuring, as well as in Commercial Contracts (Contracts, Consortium, Agency, Distribution, Franchise, Provision of Services, Financial Leasing, Purchase and Sale of Goods and Management Agreements).

Additionally, she advises on Compliance Policies, with a focus on Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing, the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption, and has conducted audits in the context of M&A transactions for large national and international companies.

She has also experience in Industrial Property Law (Trademarks, Patents, Utility Models, Industrial Designs).
