Gender pay equity plan


The ACT began notifying employers to present a plan to evaluate gender pay equity within 120 days. The failure to present the evaluation plan constitutes a serious offense and may result in the imposition of a fine.

The Labor Law Department of Belzuz Abogados, S.L.P. advices on the preparation of this plan and provides clarifications with the ACT.
